      Joining the G4A 2022 Partnership Program is a great opportunity to get your solution in front of Bayer executives and decision makers. All startup companies will be carefully reviewed by industry experts and key stakeholders with great experience. The Growth Track offers you a convertible loan, valuable mentorship and workspace in Europe’s innovation hotspot Berlin*.

       

      *Depends on the local rules and regulations on face-to-face meetings / mass gatherings

      Legal entities or persons who are 18 years old or older may apply for our G4A initiatives. Bayer employees or their families may not apply. Bayer subcontractors may apply. Please only apply to challenge areas that you believe your solution solves.

      Yes! We are looking for multifaceted solutions that can solve various challenges we have listed on our website. You will be able to choose various challenges upon signing up on our Diligence portal.

       

      View 2022 Challenges

      No, interested startup companies' submissions are only viewable to Bayer review teams. In some initiatives, the review teams may also include external partners.

      For our Growth Track program we are looking for early-stage startups with a minimal viable product (Seed-Series A) with on-going validation or published findings.

      For our Advance Track program we are looking for mature companies who already have a product in the market.

      We are considering different possible business models and collaboration relationships. The decision will be made on a one-to-one basis for each finalist companies.

      Qualified startup companies may start joining the G4A 2022 Partnership Program on February 1, 2022. Our Diligence portal will be open all year-round for you to submit your solution. You will need to fill out our diligence form in which you will be able to provide information about your solution, as well as a PDF and video presentation on your product, various information about your company, and your team. The signing-up process will take about 30 min for each challenge (dependent on whether or not you have all the information readily available).

      You will be able to hear back from us within 90 days (maximum) upon your submission.

      The winning companies will start negotiation and collaboration with Bayer teams.

      Unfortunately, we can’t provide any financial support for traveling to or staying in any location, regardless if you want to work with us, or if you want to present a project, or if you were selected in one of our initiatives, or any other reason. In some special cases - only if stated by the specific G4A initiative - we might cover your traveling costs.

      Yes, the original product ownership remains with the founder, however in cases of product co-development between Bayer and the Startup Company, there will be terms which mutual parties will agree on (this will change on a case by case basis)

          In order to apply you need to be an established business with a minimum viable product. You need to have a functional website, submit your deck, and pitch recording.

          Applications open on March 25, 2025, 12:00 AM CET until May 10, 2025, 11:59 PM CEST.

          Contrary to our G4A Partnership Program, Pitch Club is open to all areas of digital health.
